Hati elok untuk tambah darah? No Way!!!

Ingat tak kalo kite kurang darah je, orang tentu akan suggest salah satunye makan hati. Biasenye hati ayam la.ak xtau la kalo ade hati lain untuk dimakan coz aku mmg jarang makan organ dlmn haiwan ni.. tapi kalo kite pk balik, dalam islam sendiri pon xbagi makan organ dalaman haiwan coz xelok untuk kesihatan.. tapi aku agak musykil bile org kate kalo kurang darah, mknlah hati haiwan..herm..oleh sebab aku nie mempunyai masa terluang, ak pon try je cari ape makanan yg elok untuk tambah darah & aku came across 2 lmn web ni..sgt elok untuk dibaca & dijadikan pengajaran & panduan..aku pon suggest dari korang makan organ dalaman haiwan tue, better korang makan sayur bayam ke or buah delima ke.. aku pun da byk kali je derma darah & setiap kali pas derma, aku pon elak makan hati coz aku xsuke & mmg Islam xgalakkan sgt, jadi aku hanye makan nasi cam biase plus sayur n ikan2..alhamdulillah setakat nie nk derma darah xde hal je... So, bawah nie ade 2 laman web yg blh dirujuk..rajin2la tengok & bace..insya-Allah sume ni ilmu.xsia2 je kalo korang bace,ok...^^

2PM @ KLIA! My Unexpected Things 2 Do...

Guess what?? I already came back from KLIA wif my frens 2nite. What a things 2 do + unplanned event... Things begin when my rum8 jz ask jokingly whether my other rum8 want 2 go 2 KLIA as 2PM will b arriving at 10.40pm and then...it all begins... I'm not in2 dis 2PM things but I jz tagged along, thinking back, I jz wanna go out & do things a bit..hehe..

So, at around 9.45pm, we went out, bring  garmin 2 search 4 ways 2 KLIA & successfully arrive at d scene around 10.35pm... whew... Then we go 2 level 3 but luckily my rum8 ask d' seller there about which door usually stars go through n d seller says its usually on d level 5 as they want 2 avoid dis hectic things... A few minutes after dat, I hear people rush 2wards d lift ( and luckily as always, we were near d lift & being push in2 it too..) So, as expected, they use level 5 2 avoid fans I guess ( but fans always know I guess..hehe)..

Then, we all wait patiently there & search whether 2PM hv arrived. Yup, I cannot slack off as I hv been gvn duty 2 record their video by my frens. So, need 2 fulfill dis task well (well, i dunno if i've fulfill it but as my fren satisfy wif d quality, so i guess its ok..hehe..my own conclusion..) Then, d list go on and on..They arrived, people screaming & chasing after them, they went 2 hotel, people overjoyed & some are crying... So, here I jz share some of d picture taken at d scene and 1 video upon their arrival.. Enjoy it! And at d end of d day, what a day but at least I've experienced one sweet moment wif my frens & I enjoyed it.. Not every1 have experienced it...=)
